TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of online courses provided by Fearless Immigration Inc. ("Company") through Thinkific.com. By purchasing and accessing any course on Thinkific, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms:

  1. SERVICES PROVIDED The Company offers immigration consultation and coaching services through its online learning platform, Thinkific. The Client will have access to the specific course they have purchased, along with any associated resources. Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Support inquiries may be submitted through the Thinkific platform, email, phone, or text within reasonable business hours.

The Company does not complete, submit, or file any immigration applications or petitions on behalf of the Client. The Company provides only coaching and general guidance based on experience and publicly available information.

  1. DISCLAIMER The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

a. Fearless Immigration Inc. is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS, the U.S. Government, or any government agency.

b. The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation in any jurisdiction.

c. The Company and its employees do not claim to have any special or insider knowledge of immigration law or procedures beyond publicly available information and experience.

d. USCIS retains sole discretion over immigration decisions, and outcomes are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for any decision rendered by USCIS, including denials, delays, or additional requests for evidence.

e. The Company provides services based on experience, research, and a history of successful consultations in good faith.

  1. PRIVACY AND LIABILITY LIMITATION The Client acknowledges that the Company may collect, store, and process sensitive personal information as part of the educational services. While the Company is committed to protecting the Client’s confidentiality and data security, the Client agrees that:

a. The Client acknowledges that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

b. The Client assumes full responsibility for sharing their personal information and understands that no data transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.

c. The Company will not share or sell client data to third parties except as required by law.

d. The Company will not be held accountable for any external use or disclosure of the Client’s information by Thinkific, USCIS, third-party payment processors, or any other entities involved in the learning process.

  1. COURSE ACCESS AND TERMINATION The Client’s access to the purchased course shall be subject to the Company’s course policies and Thinkific’s platform terms. The Company reserves the right to terminate access under the following conditions:

a. Completion of the course duration as specified at the time of purchase.

b. Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

c. Any breach of Thinkific’s platform policies or misuse of the Company’s intellectual property.

d. The Company reserves the right to revoke access to services at its sole discretion, with or without cause, upon written notice to the Client.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, financial losses, or application denials.

  2. FORCE MAJEURE The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government shutdowns, technical failures, or force majeure events.

  3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration, which shall take place virtually, unless another mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction is determined, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  4. CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of this Agreement. The Company will not disclose the Client’s personal information except as required by law or with the Client’s written consent.

  5. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By purchasing and accessing any course on Thinkific, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
